Credit Card Processing

PayPal is our credit card processing company. You do NOT need a PayPal account. Just click on the PayPal button and you will be prompted to use an existing PayPal account, or an individual credit card. Your transaction is secure and information will NOT be shared.

Shipping Policies:

We ship year round via USPS, Priority. We carefully watch weather reports and we reserve the right to upgrade shipping services when necessary to ensure a safe (un-melted) arrival of chocolates. During months May-September, we may add insulated shippers with cold packs to certain states. You will receive a confirmation email before shipment of additional charges.

Delivery

Please allow one week delivery after order placement to ensure freshness (two (2) weeks for standard favors, three (3) weeks for personalized favors and corporate logo products).
Call me if it's a rush but please try to plan in advance with these timeframes. I work the business around the kidlets, but if you really need it, we can work it out!

Decadent Delights reserves the right to change ribbons and some decorations (colors, patterns, scrapbooking items) upon inventory supply. We guarantee a beautiful product.

Returns

Because our products are custom- made, personalized, and chocolate, we cannot offer returns or refunds. Please order a free sample if you are unsure of the amazing quality and taste of our products. We take every precaution to ensure your package arrives in pristine condition. In the unlikely event your package arrives with damage, we will gladly replace or refund your order.
